Itinerary

The celebration begins promptly at 4:00 PM!

Before we say “I do,” we'll be sharing a few private moments together and capturing some special photographs. To help preserve this time, we kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:45PM, as the venue will not be open for entry before then.

To preserve the magic of the processional and avoid disrupting the ceremony, guests arriving after 4:00 PM will be kindly asked to remain at the back of the ceremony space until the bride has made her entrance and reached the altar.

Ceremony

Following the ceremony, we invite you to continue the celebration at Cocktail Hour beginning at 4:30 PM, or immediately upon the conclusion of the ceremony, beneath the charming canopy of the barn.

For guests who may prefer assistance traveling from the ceremony site to the barn, a golf cart will be available to provide convenient transportation.

Cocktail Hour

As Cocktail Hour draws to a close, and the golden hour fades into evening, we invite you to make your way into the barn for an evening of dining, dancing, and celebration.

As our magical evening comes to an end, we are kindly to depart the venue by 9:30 PM in accordance with venue requirements.

Reception

  • Dress Code

    Formal.

    Please note that the ceremony space and surrounding reception grounds are unpaved, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly.

    We’d love it if you avoided white, ivory, or anything too close to the wedding party colors (burnt orange, navy blue).

  • No Children

    We adore your children. However, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only occasion. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off and celebrate with us!

  • No Cellphones during the Ceremony

    We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture all the moments at the ceremony, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you. Please help us by keeping your neighbor’s phone out of the shot.
